The Les Amis d’Escoffier Society of Connecticut Scholarship is designed to assist students with a passion for culinary and pastry arts who may be unable to attend without additional financial assistance or are worthy of financial assistance and meets the criteria under this program. Scholarships will be awarded to support second- or third-year students who are pursuing a degree from an accredited educational institution in culinary or pastry arts education, food systems or agriculture/farming, hospitality management, dietetics and/or nutrition or the beverage industries.
